But that’s just the beginning of our difference. We are committed to providing program and payment options to suit the individual needs of our customers. Some customers use our unique metered service and pay for their gas monthly, based on their actual usage, while others prefer to pay for the entire tank at one time. Our various payment options include the level pay budget plan, which allows you to spread your costs out evenly over the year based on usage; convenient autopay programs through which your bill is paid automatically each month from a designated account; and E-Bill, which allows you to view and pay your bill online.

We also offer a 20 # cylinder exchange program from our Cassopolis and Adrian offices, and through a partnership with the BP gas station in Shelby. Simply bring in your empty tank and we’ll exchange it for a full one for $15.00. Your tank must have an OPD valve (a triangular-shaped valve) and must be in good condition. A full tank may be purchased for $49.95. The cylinder exchange program is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
