Michigan Electric Cooperative Association Teen Days
Kettunen Center
Every year in April, about 30 teens from Michigan cooperatives gather at the beautiful Kettunen 4-H Center near Cadillac for three days learning and fun. Students meet new friends, gain leadership skills, and learn about electricity and the cooperative way of doing business. You will learn how to climb a pole, tour a television studio and watch a live newscast, and tour Wolverine Power Supply and get a behind-the-scenes understanding of how electricity flows to your home. There is a lot of free time as well for volleyball, hiking, canoeing, campfires and more!
