Midwest Energy Cooperative offers a number of convenient ways for you to view and pay your monthly bill.
Autopay
Pay your bill the easy way with Midwest Energy Cooperative’s Easy Ways to Pay autopay program. No lines, no stamps and no hassles! We offer two convenient autopay options: bank draft and credit card. Download the form today and return it with your next payment, or sign up online at our Customer Self-Serve page.
Online
You can access to your account anytime, anywhere via the Internet. Just log on to our secure Customer Self-Serve page, and you will have instant account access to view or pay a bill, update account information, and a number of other service options.
District Service Centers
Midwest Energy Cooperative offers three district service centers at which customers can stop to make payments or speak with a customer care representative. There is also an office in White Cloud for our propane customers in that region. All offices are equipped to take both electric and propane payments. If you are unable to stop during business hours, drop boxes are available at each office. Payments left after hours are posted during the next business day.
Phone
You can make a one-time payment by credit card or check by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-800-492-5989, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m .- 5 p.m. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Kiosk
A payment kiosk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the foyer of our Cassopolis District Service Center. The payment kiosk uses a modified version of our E-Bill program, and allows you to make a payment with a credit/debit card or e-check (no cash). You can also view your bill and payment history on the easy-to-use machine.

When you pay your bill by mail, send a check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail. To help us credit your payment correctly, please include the bill stub and write the account number on your check. Please allow at least five days before the due date for the payment to reach our offices.
