How to Report an Outage
To report your power outage, please call us at 1-800-492-5989. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For your convenience, we do offer an automated system through which you can report your outage. By selecting the “Automated Attendant” option from the up-front greeting, you will be able to report your outage quickly and efficiently. Once you are in the system, you will be asked to enter your telephone number. The system will link your telephone number with the service address. If we do not have an up-to-date telephone number on your account, you will not be able to use this system. Please update your account whenever there is a change.
Please do not report your outage by email.
In a major outage situation, you can use the automated attendant to hear recorded information about current outages. This is only updated in major outage situations. Please do not call us if your earlier reported outage is not on the recording right away.
