If you've fallen behind on your bills, we're happy to set up a payment arrangement. In SmartHub, go to Contact Us>Inquiries and Service Work>Other Inquiries. Then select Billing Question in the dropdown. A representative will contact you.

Winter Protection Plan
Protects senior citizens and low-income individuals from shutoff during winter months. All senior citizens are automatically enrolled, but low-income individuals need to apply through the state. Be aware that while you are protected from shut-off, this plan does not eliminate your bill. Please call 2-1-1 for details.

Shutoff Protection for Military Active Duty
Protection from shutoff if you or your spouse has been called into active military duty.
