Billing Programs and Assistance

Do you need help paying your electric bill or are looking for ways to save energy? We're here to help!

Available Billing Programs

  • Own It Prepaid Metering: Pay for your electric in advance and eliminate late/reconnection fees and account deposits. You choose how much and how often you pay, and you have several options for how you can pay your bill too.  A credit balance must be maintained to avoid disruptions in service.  Sign up now
  • Budget Billing: This program calculates the monthly budget payment based on the previous 12-month average and adjusts your payment slightly throughout the year. This allows you to have roughly the same electric bill each month. Send us a contact inquiry through SmartHub, and we can get you enrolled in the program.
  • Payment Arrangements: If you have fallen behind on your bills, we're happy to set up a payment arrangement to help you get back on track. Requesting an arrangement is easy! Log onto SmartHub and go to Billing & Payments>Payment Extension to get started or simply call us at 800.492.5989. We'll build an arrangement that's custom to you and meets your specific needs.

Curious about your Energy Consumption?
