“Having this service installed was like going from the Middle Ages of Internet to the Present instantly! I am now able to do all of the things I only wished I could do before. I am really happy about getting connected to this marvelous technology. Thank you MEC!” (Glenn, Lawton)

Thanks Glenn – we love hearing comments like that. It just reaffirms all over again the importance of what we're doing for our rural members.

We've got great news on the construction front below, and some exciting news on the pricing front. We recently reduced prices on our top-tier packages, allowing you to enjoy MORE for less. Our 100 Mbps Ultra package moved from $99.95/month to $79.95/month, and our Gig package moved from $199.95/month to $119.95/month. Big savings on our fastest speeds, and both packages include FREE Managed WiFi.

Now that we've moved into Q2, let's take a look at our 2018 construction progress:

North Marcellus/South Lawton: We promised home installs would begin in Q2, and began delivering in Q1. All three circuits are now fully built and home installs well underway.

Union: This is a big zone with four circuits, and construction work is staggered. All construction is complete and home installs underway on two of the circuits. Construction continues on the other circuits and home installs should be underway for all this summer.

West Three Rivers: Mainline construction is well underway and we still expect to be full steam ahead with home installs in Q3.

Jones: You might see us out and about as walkout work is underway. Remember there are many steps to the construction process, but we still expect to begin home installs in Q4.
