Pay your bill the easy way with Autopay – no lines, no stamps and no hassles! We offer three convenient auto-pay options: bank draft, debit and credit card. Sign up online through SmartHub or through our automated phone system at 800-492-5989.


We offer two Solutions Centers where you can make payments or speak with a Solutions Agent. If you can’t stop during business hours, drop boxes are available. Payment left after hours are posted on the next business day.

MoneyGram is a community-based payment option that guarantees your funds and posts your payment immediately. With a simple zip code search, you can easily find local retailers like Walmart, Dollar General, CVS and Speedway where payment can be made through a simple transaction. Cash only payments.


You can make a one-time payment by credit card or check using our Automated Phone System. Just call 800-492-5989 and select option 2. Please have your account number ready. To protect the safety and security of your financial information, we cannot take payment information through our Customer Solutions Center.

When you pay your bill by mail, send a check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail. To help us credit your payment correctly, please include the bill stub and write the account number on your check. Please allow at least five days before the due date for the payment to reach our office.
