  1. Log into SmartHub.
  2. Go to  My Services and click My Internet.
  3. Scroll down to the new package that you'd like and click the green Replace button.
  4. Follow the steps to confirm your order.

You will be upgraded by the end of the next business day. You can also give us a call at 800.492.5989 Mon. – Fri. from 8 a.m – 5 p.m., and we can do it while we are on the phone.
