Using Your Web Browser

  1. Log onto SmartHub.
  2. Go to Report an Issue/Inquiry in the left-hand column or go to Contact Us>Report an Issue from the top navigation bar.
  3. Click Power Outage and proceed through the steps.

Using Your Mobile App

  1. Log onto your SmartHub app.
  2. Tap Report an Issue/Inquiry at the top.
  3. Follow the steps to submit your outage.
