Using Your Web Browser

  1. Log onto SmartHub via a web browser or through your mobile app.
  2. Go to Report an Issue/Inquiry in the left-hand column or go to Contact Us>Report an Issue from the top navigation bar.
  3. Click Power Outage.SmartHub Website Outage Reporting

  1. Log onto SmartHub.
  2. Tap Report Outage.
