Using Your Web Browser

  1. Log onto SmartHub
  2. Go to Notifications> Manage Notifications
  3. Select the notifications you'd like to receive via text and/or email. We offer several types of notifications within Billing, Miscellaneous, Service and Usage. Outage notifications can be found under Service.

  1. Log onto the SmartHub mobile app. 
  2. Tap to Settings>Manage Notifications
  3. Select the notifications you'd like to receive via text and/or email. We offer several types of notifications within Billing, Miscellaneous and Service. Outage notifications can be found under Service.
