FAQ

Please note: You cannot change your services using the SmartHub mobile app. You will need to access SmartHub through a web browser to make changes.

  1. Log onto SmartHub.
  2. Click on My Services.
    My Services menu in SmartHub for internet
     
  3. Click the service you want to change or add in the My Services menu. 
    If you are changing a service, click Replace and follow the steps. If you are adding a service, click Add to Cart and follow the steps. 

Your services will be updated by the end of the following business day.
