Clarence "Topper" Barth

Topper began service as an MEC Director in 1993 and lives in Three Rivers with his wife, Emily. He serves as Chairman of the board and represents customers living in Brady, Fabius, Flowerfield, Leonidas, Lockport, Mendon, Newberg, Park, Schoolcraft and Wakeshma Townships in Michigan and represents MEC on the Wolverine Power Cooperative Board of Directors.

In 2023 Topper amassed 220 hours of service as an MEC director, including customer interactions; MEC board, committee and strategic planning meetings; and Wolverine Power Cooperative board meetings.
