Clarence "Topper" Barth
Topper began service as an MEC Director in 1993 and lives in Three Rivers with his wife, Emily. He represents customers living in the townships of Athens, Brady, Burlington, Burr Oak, Colon, Emmett, Fabius, Fawn River, Fredonia, Leonidas, Leroy, Lockport, Marengo, Marshall, Mendon, Newberg, Newton, Nottawa, Park, Sherman, Sherwood, Tekonsha, Wakeshma, Walton, Lee in Calhoun County; cities of Sturgis and Three Rivers in Michigan and represents MEC on the Wolverine Power Cooperative Board of Directors.
In 2025 Topper amassed 168 hours of service as an MEC director, including customer interactions; MEC board, committee and strategic planning meetings; and Wolverine Power Cooperative board meetings.
