Set up propane billing that fits in your budget and makes payments more convenient.
Spread costs throughout the year based on prior usage
This program calculates your monthly payment based on the previous 12-month average and adjusts payments slightly throughout the year; by making slight adjustments, you have no risk of a large settle-up bill at the end of theour propane year.
New customers with less than 12 months of service history will pay a fixed amount each month with no adjustments until you reach month #13. At that time, you will roll into variable budget billing.
Missed or late payments may result in removal from the budget program.
Flexibility to pay for your propane use on a case-by-case basis.
Pay in full at the next billing cycle for all gallons delivered.
Save big by purchasing propane when prices are at their lowest.
Save $.10/gallon when you purchase your LP gas in advance from June 1 to July 31. For most customers, that's roughly a $65 savings for the year.
Pre-Buy Rate: $1.879/gal.
Regular Rate: $1.979/gal.
Over the year, we deduct the volume used from your account as your gas is delivered. You can easily monitor your consumption via our online account management tool and can request additional fills if necessary at the regular rate. Plus if you use our metered propane service, we will deactivate your meter and eliminate the $15/monthly fee.
Please note: You must purchase a minimum of 500 gallons and a maximum of 1,000.

Take the hassle out of buying propane with convenient Auto Fill Delivery.
We track your usage by incorporating information about your home and appliances into our system, and schedule deliveries based on estimated tank levels. This program eliminates your need to call for a fill and allows us to be more efficient in scheduling and delivering gas across our service area.
We must have accurate data in our system. Changes to your home or appliances can drastically change how much or how little propane you use, so please keep us informed about anything that might impact your consumption. Examples include installing new or additional propane appliances, building a home addition, or more people living in the home for an extended period of time.
Customers who receive 400+ gallons per year are eligible to participate in Auto Fill at no additional cost.
Customers who receive fewer than 400 gallons per year can participate by paying $8/mo. for a remote monitor.

Set regular fill-ups for the busiest time of the year with our Seasonal Fill Program.
Our service technicians visit you each August to fill your tank in advance of the heating season. We will contact you by phone a week prior to your scheduled delivery.
Please monitor your tank levels between deliveries and contact us for additional gas as necessary. Please provide notice of at least three business days or fees will be assessed.

Use a Remote Monitor to ensure you never run low without warning!
If you are a seasonal resident or you have an alternative heat source, pool heater, standby generator, or other unique circumstance, we recommend the remote monitor program.
We install a monitor on your tank, and our team tracks readings and schedules deliveries as needed. The program protects you against running out of gas while making our deliveries and routing more predictable and efficient. The remote monitor is a one-time purchase of $150 with a $5/month. monitoring fee.
Only get the propane you need — when you need it.
You assume responsibility for your tank levels and deliveries. A $25 fee is assessed for all deliveries to cover our costs and ensure that customers using our automated delivery options are not subsidizing Will Call customers.
Please provide notice of at least three business days for delivery, or fees will be assessed.
