Issues with Mesh Unit

The LED is Red

Having trouble?

  • Try a power cycle. Unplug the main router and the mesh unit power cords from the outlet. Wait for all the lights to be off for about 30 seconds. Plug everything back in and wait another five minutes for the system to boot fully.
  • Test a few devices to see if your service has improved. If not, call our tech support or submit a ticket on SmartHub.

Mesh Power Light is Not Green; No Other Lights are on

The mesh may be applying firmware updates. Wait 15 minutes and perform a power cycle by unplugging the mesh for 60 seconds and then plugging it back in.
