Monitor Your Electric Usage

If you’re looking to monitor your electric usage, doing it in SmartHub is easy! 

Logging in through our website or your SmartHub mobile app can help you avoid call queues and get the information you need within just a few minutes, anytime, day or night. 

Desktop 

1. Log in at teammidwest.com.

2. Navigate to the menu and click Electric Usage. Then, choose one of the following:

   1. 1. Average Usage: View your average kilowatt-hours or cost for a chosen date range.

      2. Usage Comparison: Compare two months directly to see the difference between kilowatt-hours used, maximum temperatures outside, and more.

      3. Usage Explorer: View electric usage and cost statistics for a chosen date range.

      4. Usage Management: Download data to help you identify how you use your services and evaluate ways to save electricity.

SmartHub Mobile App 

1. Log in to your SmartHub mobile app.

2. Navigate to the menu and tap Electric Usage, then select the account you want to view.

3. In the box at the top of the screen, scroll left or right to view the kilowatt-hours you’ve used each day.

4. Choose a time frame from the options in the middle of the screen to view a graph of your usage.

5. On the graph screen, click the “I” icon in the top left for more detailed data, or click the gear icon in the top right to change the graph’s settings.
