Report Yard Damage

If you’re looking to report yard damage, doing it in SmartHub is easy! 

Logging in through our website or your SmartHub mobile app can help you avoid call queues and get the information you need within just a few minutes, anytime, day or night. 

Desktop 

1. Log in at teammidwest.com.

2. Navigate to the menu and click Contact Us, followed by Service Requests all Services.

3. In the Reason for Inquiry drop-down menu, select Report Yard Damage.

4. Fill out the requested information and click Send. If you have photos to share, please email them to info@teammidwest.com.

SmartHub Mobile App 

1. Log in to your SmartHub mobile app.

2. Navigate to the menu and tap Contact Us, followed by Service Requests all Services.

3. Select Report Yard Damage.

4. Choose the account that will be associated with your report.

5. Fill out the requested information and tap Send. If you have photos to share, please email them to info@teammidwest.com.
