How to Report a Yard Light Issue via SmartHub

Did you know you can easily report an issue with a yard light via SmartHub? Here’s how.

1. Log in to teammidwest.com or your SmartHub mobile app.
2. Navigate to the menu and click or tap Service Requests all Services.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Request Yard Light Repair.
4. Fill out the requested details and click Send.
