District Service Centers
Midwest Energy Cooperative offers three district service centers at which customers can stop to make payments or speak with a customer care representative. There is also an office in White Cloud for our propane customers in that region. All offices are equipped to take both electric and propane payments. If you are unable to stop during business hours, drop boxes are available at each office. Payments left after hours are posted during the next business day.
The Customer Care staff at Midwest Energy Cooperative strives to provide you with the most efficient and reliable service. Our call center is fully staffed every Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. If you have a question about your service, we encourage you to call during those weekday hours so that we can meet your needs in the most timely and efficient manner. You can call the office toll-free at 1-800-492-5989.
