This is just the beginning for SMART Park, an ideal choice for businesses looking for a strategic place to call home. Those who choose SMART Park have access to our robust electric infrastructure, as well as our first-in-class fiber internet and communications solutions. The Canadian National Railway connects directly to Chicago, Detroit, and the regions in between, while truck access and facilitated rail connections provide a path to the rest of the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Perhaps best of all, SMART Park is privately owned. This means fewer government rules and regulations, plus the benefit of working with a customer-owned cooperative: deep roots in our community and a great working relationship with local officials.
