FAQ
- Auto Fill: We track your usage by incorporating information about your home and appliances into our system, and schedule deliveries based on estimated tank levels.
- Seasonal Fill: We schedule one or two planned deliveries annually, depending on historical usage at your home. If additional fills are needed, simply give us a call when your tank is at 30% and we will schedule a fill within three business days.
- Will Call: You call us when your tank level reaches 30%. We fill your tank in three business days and there is a $25 delivery charge.
