Using Your Web Browser

  1. Log onto SmartHub
  2. Go to Notifications>Contacts and enter contact emails and phone numbers to receive notifications

  3. Go to Notifications> Manage Notifications
  4. Select the notifications you'd like to receive. Electric outage notifications can be found under Service. Web Version

Using the Mobile App

  1. Log onto the SmartHub mobile app. 
  2. Tap to Settings>Manage Notifications
  3. Select the notifications you'd like to receive via text and/or email. We offer several types of notifications within Billing, Miscellaneous and Service. Electric outage notifications can be found under Service.
