This Wednesday we perform system maintenance from midnight to 5 a.m. Your internet and phone service may be down for the entire five-hour window. If you experience any difficulty with your service afterward, please reboot the router as the first step to troubleshooting.
We bill ahead for service. Depending on when your installation occurs within the billing cycle, your first bill may include a prorated amount for the month you were installed, plus the following two months.
