Lobbies Closed Through Feb. 12

With continued concerns about the COVID environment, and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our customers and employees, our lobbies will remain closed through at least Friday, Feb. 12. We continue to monitor the COVID environment and consider recommendations from state officials to determine next steps, and those will be communicated prior to any official re-opening.
As a reminder, the drive-through window at the Cassopolis office remains open, and payments left in the drop boxes at each of our district service centers by 5 p.m. Monday-Friday will be posted that day.
MEC is part of the critical infrastructure and we will continue to work to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service. While our lobbies are closed, we continue to take calls through our Solutions Center. If your business requires you to meet with a team member, please call us at 800.492.5989 and we will schedule an appointment. Call volume continues to be very high so please consider alternative ways to reach us, including email and Live Chat.
- Paying Your Bill. We offer a variety of easy and convenient ways to pay your bill. Click here to learn more.
- Outside Operations. Our electric, propane, and fiber operations teams will continue their regular work with strict precautions in place. This includes new propane tank sets and fiber in-home installations. We will use all appropriate personal protective equipment with in-home work and ask all customers to wear a mask and maintain a distance of at least 6 feet.
