Issues with Mesh Unit

Backhaul Lights Not On
The mesh has not successfully synced.
- Ensure that the mesh is in the same room as your router.
- Press and hold the WPS button on the MEC-installed router for 7-10 seconds. When released, the WPS light will begin to blink amber.
- On the mesh unit, press the WPS button on the back of the device until the Wi-Fi Backhaul lights begin to blink green, then release the button.
- Allow 15 minutes for both devices to sync. This may power cycle the mesh a few times. Unplug and move the mesh to the desired location in your house ensuring that you have 3-4 green Wi-Fi green backhaul lights.
Mesh Power Light is Not Green; No Other Lights are on
The mesh may be applying firmware updates. Wait 15 minutes and perform a power cycle by unplugging the mesh for 60 seconds and then plugging it back in.
