Request Via Web Browser
- Log into your account on our website.
- Select the following:
- Contact Us
- Inquiries & Service Work
- From the dropdown menu, choose New Router Request.
- Fill out your details, select today’s date, and click Send.

Request Via SmartHub Mobile App
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap the menu button in the upper left.
- Select the following:
- Contact Us
- Inquiries & Service Work
- Other Issues/General Inquiry
- New Router Request
- Select the address you’re requesting the router for.
- Fill out your details, select today’s date, and click Send.
