Check Your Router

Your MEC Router should have a solid green broadband light and a blinking green service light. If either of them are completely out, then you most likely have a break in the fiber line either inside or outside of the house. Please try to follow the line inside the house, through the basement, to the outside and then out in the yard or visually inspect the line that goes overhead to the pole. If you see any part of the line that is kinked, frayed or broken, we’ve found the problem. This cable must be replaced. Please give us a call at 800.492.5989, and we can set up an appointment.

Power Cycle Your Router
