  • Cause: Service was knocked out due to equipment damage from a mowing collision.

May 8-9, 2024

  • Service: Phone
  • Issue: Intermittent outages 
  • Cause:  Firmware update caused excessive broadcast and DNS query traffic that overloaded the voice network DNS server and prevented customer ONTs from completing registration with MEC voice servers. This subsequently prevented successful incoming and outgoing calls.
